I am a fully qualified and NCPS accredited Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist with a BSc Hons in Healths Sciences (bio-medical) and finishing an MSc in Psychology this year.

I am a cheerful and positive individual who has a genuine need and want to help people be the best they can be or get the help they deserve. I like to think that I am friendly, welcoming and patient and will always cater to each students individual and subjective needs.

My mother was a special needs teacher and I personally have strong experience with SEN and the neurodivergent community as I have ADHD and AuDHD in my immediate family.

My rates are £50-£60 per hour dependant on the level of tuition required.

Availability: Highly flexible as I work at home as a counsellor.

I am a professional counsellor specialised in anxiety, identity and self relationship, which may be invaluable support for those with confidence issues and who are seeking life coaching in order to help people reach their goals.

Aside from this, I have varied interests in crafts and I avidly draw, paint, sculpt, knit, crochet, sew and cook (my speciality is baking and pastry). For those who are interested in these miscellaneous activities, I can offer mentoring and advice in all of these areas.

I was also a singer at college (mainly musical theatre) and can offer mentoring for young enthusiasts who want to improve their control, breathing or range.
