I am a recent English graduate of UCL, finishing with First Class Honours. I have voluntarily tutored family & friends with exam preparation.
I am an avid reader, ranging from Chaucer to Charles Dickens, from George Eliot to T.S Eliot. It is this passion for literature and language that drives me to help and encourage others.
I believe all students are capable of achieving their goals, but that a tailored approach can suit some better than a busy classroom.
I think tutoring ought to be conversational - one of the best ways to retain knowledge is to discuss and describe it with others. I try and ensure that my lessons are memorable and entertaining without ever being trivial.
Availability: I am currently free weekday evenings from 6:00pm & all day Saturday & Sunday.
