1st class BA from the University of Nottingham.
MA in Slavic languages from the University of Oxford.
Currently doing my solicitor training in London.

I have extensive teaching experience, having taught English abroad in both France and Spain. I have been tutoring French, Spanish and GCSE English for the past 5 years. I have a great passion for travel and languages and enjoy sharing this with my students.

I always focus on the student`s individual needs. I am happy to spend the lesson practising conversation, going over difficult grammar points or simply building confidence in areas already covered at school or college. I am also experienced in preparing students for exams and am well versed on the specifications for all popular exam boards.

Availability: Weekday evenings and occasionally mid-week. I would prefer to travel to the student`s home for lessons.

Experience: During my year abroad from university, I worked for a year for the British Council, teaching English at a French secondary school. Following this, I taught English at a private language academy in Spain. I also taught English as a foreign language on a one-to-one basis, at both beginner and advanced level.

As well as this, I have been tutoring from home for many years for GCSE and A level students. I have taught French, Spanish and English literature/language. I also have experience in tutoring young children in English, for entry into competitive primary schools (7+).
