Information about Anna
Hi! I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate, after which I worked as an Au Pair; caring for and homeschooling three children. I studied Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Human Biology at A Level. I am now working as a Quantity Surveyor.
I am patient and ensure that all of my sessions are tailored exactly to the student and expect the student to engage and recognise where extra work may be needed.
Availability: I am currently available weekday evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule. I am able to begin tutoring as soon as you need.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I have tutored many GCSE students both privately and within schools.
Many childcare related experiences including working at PGL centers, being an Au Pair, Girlguiding volunteer, Aimhigher Mentor in a local secondary school.

Anna is currently working with my 15 year old daughter in preparation for her GCSE Maths exams. My daughter is finding the weekly sessions with Anna hugely beneficial and already gaining more in confidence. Anna has quickly put together an action plan to ensure my daughter gets the most out of each session. Anna is also giving my daughter valuable guidance on how to reach her full potential in gaining the most marks possible for each exam question. Communication with Anna is excellent. Anna has been a great tutor for our 15 year old daughter who is progressing rapidly in her maths knowledge. Anna listened to our daughter and swiftly made a plan around her objectives.
