Hi, I`m Anna, an experienced tutor with a strong track record of positive feedback from students and parents alike!

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I have a solid foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking. My journey has also taken me to unique experiences, such as working as an Au Pair, where I not only cared for three children but also homeschooled them, further strengthening my ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. Currently, I work as a Quantity Surveyor, bringing real-world applications into my tutoring sessions.

This summer, I’m offering a 3-week intensive GCSE Maths programme, designed to boost understanding and exam confidence through tailored 1-to-1 sessions. Whether your goal is to improve your grade, master specific topics, or tackle exam-style questions, this intensive course is designed to make the most of your summer.

I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential. I pride myself on being patient and ensuring each session is specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of my students. I encourage active engagement and empower students to identify areas where they need extra support, guiding them to become independent learners.

Availability: I am currently available weekday evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule. I am able to begin tutoring as soon as you need.

I am also offering intensive summer programmes from 10th August to 1st September to help students prepare for starting GCSE`s in year 10 or the move into year 11 with discounts available for block bookings.

Experience: I have extensive experience tutoring GCSE students, both privately and within school settings, helping them achieve their academic goals and build confidence in Maths.

In addition to my tutoring background, I’ve gained valuable experience working with young people in various childcare roles. These include supporting students at PGL Centres, working as an Au Pair, volunteering with Girlguiding, and serving as an Aimhigher Mentor in a local secondary school. Each of these roles has strengthened my ability to connect with students and provide tailored support to help them succeed.
