Experience: I have taught for over 20 years now.
This includes GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science and Maths.
I am a qualified Science Teacher and have worked in a range of schools teaching Science up to A* / 9 equivalent and also teaching maths up to Grade 5 (Top end foundation) - this has secured some of the best academic results for classes and individuals.
Given the time I have been teaching, I have taught a wide range of subjects in addition to the sciences and maths. I have been involved in curriculum development and assessment at whole school level working as Head of Science before becoming a Senior Leader - this is the level I currently work at and as such, have worked across a range of exam boards / different specifications such as AQA, Edexcelt etc. This is critical as different exam boards set exams questions in a variety of ways - this is experience pupils need to help secure the highest grades. Given this experience, you can have confidence that the standards and outcomes I secure are significant.
