Information about David
Hello everyone! I am a current Oxford PhD student in Physics, with a decade of experience in tutoring, having taught over 1000 hours of Physics and Maths from primary through to GCSE and A-Level.
Availability: I am available to tutor both in person and online, on both the weekday evenings and weekend.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I am a passionate, adaptable and patient physics tutor who loves to make learning fun and engaging for my students. My ultimate goal is to help students develop a solid foundation in core concepts, which will not only aid them in their current physics problems but also make future physics work much easier for them.
I firmly believe that the ability to explain complex physics concepts in a simple way is a sign of true understanding. Hence, I strive to break down difficult physics concepts into digestible parts, using examples and real-world applications to make them more relatable and understandable for my students.

David is very reliable and attentive to my sons needs - tailoring his tutoring to help support him in Maths and Physics. My son has felt more prepared for his class tests and upcoming mocks. David is clear and concise with his teaching and uses several different formats; adapting his style dependent on my sons school syllabus alongside keeping him fully engaged.
