I am the Head of Science at a Secondary school in Yardley, Birmingham. This position has enabled me to have the insight into identifying students` weaknesses and putting into place intervention strategies to overcome these.
I teach in a Secondary school where i deliver lessons to Key Stage 3, GCSE, A Level Biology and Chemistry students.
My previous role as the Lead Practioner for Teaching and Learning in my school has enabled me to gain experience in delivering lessons that make learning accessible and engaging for students of all abilities, whilst still focussing on academic achievement.
Availability: Weekday evenings 5pm-9pm.
Weekends negotiable.
Willing to travel: 8 miles
Experience: I am a fully qualified Science teacher and have experience of teaching secondary Science from Key Stage 3-5.
I am currently a Head of Science. One of my roles includes identifying where GCSE and A Level students are having difficulty and putting into place strategies to overcome these barriers, allowing them to achieve their target grades.
