Hi, I am an inspiring and enthusiastic teacher qualified to teach science to GCSE and Biology to A-Level. I love the subject and I am determined that my students succeed.

I genuinely care for and want my students to be the best they can be. I work with them and for them. In delivering for students I am passionate, professional, detailed and accurate. One of my main qualities is being able to enjoy excellent relationships with my students. They are always very comfortable and at ease when working with me and I believe I get the best out of them as a result.

Availability: Evenings & weekends.
Happy to tutor on Skype/Teams/Zoom. Usual face to face hourly rate of £30/hr GCSE and £35/hr A Level applies.

Experience: As a teacher, tutor and mentor for over 18 years, I have developed and well-practised skills in educating students, supporting them, and in managing/advising them to get the very best out of themselves. In addition to tutoring subject content, I also develop students revision and exam techniques.

I have taught in a wide range of schools and tutored many students at KS3, GCSE, A-Level and Undergraduate levels. I have taught all Exam Boards.

I have taught `Outstanding` and `Excellent` rated lessons for OFSTED and ISI respectively. As a Science leader I presided over an OFTSED inspection in which my department was praised as excellent.

Beyond education, I have years of experience working in Science and Biology for Government, Conservation and Industry.
