I am 53 years old and am currently working at Abbey College in Ramsey as a Teaching Assistant, I have worked there for 15 years and have worked mainly in the maths department for the past 5 years. I have worked in Foundation and Higher level maths and worked with small groups when needed. Having worked in the school I have seen how much pressure the students are under and how they struggle to keep up with the lesson. I aim to work at a slower pace and in a more relaxed atmosphere to help build up the students confidence.

Availability: I am available to start tutoring immediately and am willing to travel up to 10 miles from my house. I can work from 4-6pm weekdays and can also work during school holidays if required. I could also do the occasional weekend if needed.

Experience: I have recently achieved my BSc Honours Degree in teaching maths in schools, covering algebra, geometry, statistics and mathmatical thinking in schools. I have recently been tutoring Yr 7, 10 and 11 students in small groups during school hours covering all the maths topics.
