I am a qualified and effective English specialist, with a focus on KS2, KS3 and KS4/GCSE English Language and English Literature.
I have many years experience of working in secondary schools,including 25 years as Head of a very successful English department which OFSTED rated as "Outstanding".
I believe in crafting an individual learning programme for each student which will build upon strengths and improve upon areas of development, thus maximisng the student`s full potential for real examination success.
Availability: Weekday evenings

Ann has been helping my son since the start of September with GCSE Y11 English. He is very happy with the support Ann is providing as she is able to explain in a way that he understands whereas he has struggled in school with English. Ann is always on time and her communication with me has been excellent.
