I have many years experience of working in secondary schools,including 25 years as Head of a very successful English department which OFSTED rated as "Outstanding".
I believe in crafting an individual learning programme for each student which will build upon strengths and improve upon areas of development, thus maximisng the student`s full potential for real examination success.
