I am a fully qualified Geography teacher. I am currently Head of Humanities at an inner city London school and have been teaching for six years.

In my first year, we increased the pass rate by 30%. In the last two years, we have been the leading school in the multi-academy chain network for Geography pass rate, progress relative to target and highest average grade.

I have a fantastic rapport with my students and encourage them with my enthusiasm and passion for Geography. I have in in depth knowledge of Key Stage 3, GCSE (AQA) and A Level (AQA), including the Geography NEA. I have also tutored Geography for other exam boards. I have previously been an AQA examiner for GCSE and A Level Geography.

I adopt my teaching style to best suit my pupil and their needs, having taught a wide variety of pupils over the past six years I have a range of strategies. All the lessons will be appropriately scaffolded and challenging to ensure the most progress is made.

I offer a first lesson free of charge, so that you and I can meet, discuss your needs and you can get to know my teaching style without any commitment on your part.

Availability: Tuesday and Wednesday evenings: 4 - 9pm.
Thursday and Friday evenings: 4 - 6pm.
Sunday afternoons: 3 -5pm.
