I am passionate about education, currently studying my undergraduate in Architecture at the University of Portsmouth. at GCSE I achieved a Level 9 (A**) in English literature, an 8 (A*) in Biology, 8 (A*) in chemistry, 7 (A) in Maths, 7 (A) in Physics, 7 (A) in History, 7(A) in Spanish and 7(A) in Religious studies. I strive to make my lessons fun and engaging while allowing my students to benefit from the information and materials I provide them. I strongly believe that learning can be personalised through an exploration of different revision techniques which I have perfected, benefitted from and would like to pass them on to other students.

Experience: Whilst studying my A-levels I was selected to help tutor a class of 30 year 11 students through their GCSEs. through this experience I honed my tutoring skills and was able to give a student perspective on teaching which made me a first point of contact for struggling students in my class. I was able to explain and simplify complicated terms, overall the pass rate of the class increased during year 11 when I was helping them.

I have been tutoring family and friends for over 2 years, I was able to work closely with my students to sharpen their strengths and strengthen their weaknesses. Through open discussion I found that I was able to asses my student`s weakness and concentrate on helping them to understand that specific point whilst building their confidence.
