Information about Amanda
Do you want to improve your grade in Property law (Land law) or Equitable Rights and Obligations (Trusts)? You may have missed some classes and are struggling to catch up, or you might just be struggling to get to grips with these difficult topics. If you are struggling to understand property law, I can help. I can help you understand the basics and develop a thorough understanding of the key topics. Many students find asking questions in seminars intimidating and worry that they make look foolish. Discuss your concerns and ask as many questions as you like in a one-to-one session. My sessions are always tailored to the individuals needs. I can help students with structuring answers to problem questions and provide support for exam preparation. I have lots of past examination questions students can work through with me. I can also provide learning materials for students to work through with me and on their own. I am extremely thorough in my approach. I take an ethical approach to my role, so I do not write your assignments for you or provide answer plans as this would be academically dishonest. However, I will improve your understanding and help you to work out how to structure the answer thereby empowering you to answer the question independently. I am happy to provide feedback on assignment answers before submission and answers to practice questions students have prepared. I charge a minimum fee for one hour for this.
