Information about Tamsin
I have recently graduated from the University of Cambridge with a high 2.1 degree in History of Art. I also have a place to study an MA at the Courtauld Institute of Art, 2020-21. I have privately tutored for just under a year now, and I have experience with Explore Learning and other work experiences with children of all ages. I am available to tutor at all levels on a long term or short term basis.
Availability: Good and flexible availability.
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: The majority of my private tutoring experience has been for support with A-Level and Oxbridge admissions applications and I would love to continue providing Cambridge-graduate quality support to students from all kinds of backgrounds and from all over the world. I have also worked as a tutor at Explore Learning in 2015, where I taught Mathematics and English to students ages 8-18 years.
I am confidently able to assist with Oxbridge admissions applications for History of Art, English and History. I can also teach and assist with Pre-U and A-Level History of Art, English Literature and History. At a GCSE or KS3 or equivalent earlier stage, I can teach French and all humanities subjects. In addition, I can also provide a more mentoring focused approach to help students with their general relationship and attitude towards learning and educational institutions.
