I am a naturally motivated and focused person who likes to work towards her goals. I have been able to successfully apply my skills on students to help them achieve their best grades. I have a hobby of music and enjoy working out and singing in my spare time.
I also possess a recent Enhanced CRB disclosure.
I have postgraduate degree in Physics. I am a qualified teacher and have rich experience of working as a Physics teacher in a well reputed schools of Chelmsford. I have also successfully completed Diploma for Level 3 supporting Teaching and Learning. I have been working as a private tutor in the UK for more 10 years and have been working in UK schools for more than 8 years. I am very well conversant with National Curriculum.
I have successfully prepared many pupils in the past to achieve their maximum in GCSE and A level grades.
Before the first lesson, I tend to gather pupil`s need on phone/email which gives me an idea of which subjects and topics he/she is interested in. In the first lesson, I then assess the level of the pupil by asking questions and observing his/her pace. At the end of first lesson, I am usually able to tell how many lessons would be needed to cover all the topics. I use a flexible, tailored and adaptive approach for every child and keep assessing them by asking quizzing questions.I help pupils to upgrade their knowledge as well as self-esteem. Depending on their ability, I provide them with differentiated homework assignments.
