Experience: I have gained an interest working with children when I started tutoring students in 2012. To be able to help children has always made me feel like I was doing something useful and feel good that they are being supported. My own personal experience has allowed me to gain insight on how to communicate with people with special needs, as I have looked after my nephew with downs-syndrome. This experience has fuelled my drive to become an individual working with families and children. Ever since I started working in schools via Reed (Agency), I have been passionate in my commitment to three things: maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students interest in technology and instilling a sense of self-worth among all students.Contact this Tutor
My Health and Social Care National Diploma has taught me an independent study. Contributing to many practical tasks has allowed me the opportunity to gain greater confidence in myself and has enabled me to use my own initiative in my learning process. This has helped me with my organisation and research skills which I will need when undertaking a degree level course. Studying Health and Social Care has given me more information about how society has changed throughout the years including learning about different legislation.
Currently being a phase teaching assistant has helped me provide effective classroom management, creative lesson plans, detailed student evaluations. As an enthusiastic worker, I have learnt a lot from working with different schools which broadens my knowledge and helped me gained a lot of experience.
