I am a Mum to 3 grown up children and do voluntary work with children of secondary age through my involvement in scouting. I like to cook, garden (in the spring and summer!), knit & crochet and love musical theatre.
Availability: Evenings and weekends by arrangement

Experience: I am a fully qualified Maths Teacher with a wealth of experience tutoring for Maths at GCSE and A level Core.
I have tutored many times before 1:1 and have only recently retired from full-time teaching. I was a Head of Maths for many years and am conversant with the specifications of both IGCSE and the new GCSE specification. I have been an exam marker for several years for both IGCSE and A level Maths (Pure and International Core). Whether you need help to achieve a Grade 5 GCSE or want to aim for a Grade 9 GCSE I can help.

Sue is very patient and works hard to make sure that you really do understand the topics. She is a lovely person which is really important when you are having one to one tuition. She makes you feel completely at ease when she explains things and because she is easy to talk to it means you can ask questions and really get to grips with the subject and ensure a complete understanding.
