I am an experienced History teacher of some 23 years. I have taught children and young people from Year 3 to Year 13, covering Common Entrance and Scholarship examinations to Senior Schools, and some IGCSE, IB and A Level. I am passionate about my subject and in encouraging young people to realise their full potential.
Knowledge of the various topics studied and the analytical skills required to answer questions effectively, will be delivered to an aspiring tutee, as well as, I hope, an enthusiasm and love for the wonderful stories that history has and continues to generate.

Experience: I have extensive experience guiding pupils through Common Entrance and Scholarship examinations to Senior Schools. I have, more recently, taught Edexcel IGCSE, IB and OCR A Level. I am currently tutoring a Year 10 former pupil who is studying for her IGCSE exam in 2025. I have taught younger age children from Year 3. Over the years, I have covered a range of topics and I am always happy to research new ones.
