Hi, I`m Karish and I am a medical student at UCL currently intercalating at Imperial College Business School in Management. I am an alumnus of Queen Elizabeth Barnet School for Boys, where I completed my GCSEs, AS and A-levels. I attained 4 A*s in A-level Biology, Chemistry, Further Maths and Maths, therefore I believe I am well equipped to teach content in these subjects at KS3 up to A-levels. I have a thorough understanding of the new GCSE syllabus having been part of the first cohort to take Maths, English Literature and Language with the new system in place. My teaching style is versatile in order to ensure that there is a complete understanding of all the concepts as well as to make sure students are equipped with all the necessary exam technique to guarantee full marks.

I can also tutor students who are wishing to take the 11+ exam. Having taken the exam myself in 2011 as well as researching how different schools conduct their 11+ exams for past students of mine, I know what it takes to ensure that a place at some of the country`s top schools can be secured.

Experience: My priority is to ensure that the needs of the students are being met and therefore I have been fine-tuning my teaching style to accomplish this. This is something I have developed and am continuing to develop through tutoring various students of different ages and abilities, ranging from 11 to 18. Having also been a maths tutor at my secondary school for those who needed the extra support, I can safely say I have received good training.
