I am a fully qualified English and Drama teacher currently teaching pupils on a 1:1 basis from my home in Leigh on Sea. I am passionate about my subjects, making me an enthusiastic tutor; as a result, my lessons are engaging and enjoyable. I have a good knowledge of a number of exam boards and am able to tailor lessons to suit the needs of individuals in terms of ability and preferred learning styles. I work hard to produce resources and sample answers for pupils which adhere closely to requirements from mark schemes. I treat all students as individuals with a range of needs and am able to demonstrate progress.

All lessons are carefully prepared in line with specific exam boards and the needs of the individual. I welcome feedback from pupils so that I can adapt to best suit personal needs. I have a good sense of humour and believe I make sessions engaging but also varied and enjoyable.

Availability: Some availability mid week after 5pm

Experience: Over 10 years experience in the classroom and 8 years experience of 1:1 tuition.
