I have recently finished a degree in youth work and have years of experience in supporting young people who struggle to fit in with and thrive in school (formal education).
I have marked dyslexia, this has given me a life time of experience of work around and to the strengths that having a learning deficits gives.
I am exited by supporting young people through challenges that thay face, finding persional solutions to common problems.

Availability: My time Diary is not settled yet, however I am typically available week days 3-7 and some Saturdays.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: While working on my degree I worked as a education mentor, working with young people who have been excluded form school and cannot engage in a group dynamic. This introduced me to the concept of helping a young person to bout be a competent individual and succeed academically.
This is not typically straight forward.My approach is based on youthwork engagement theory, manly mutroal respect and with the young persions needs and objectivs at the center of the work.
