Information about Hande

I am a passionate Chemistry, Maths and Turkish tutor and a PhD candidate in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.

The part of my PhD that I have enjoyed the most has been teaching and tutoring undergraduates to further their knowledge of Chemistry and Maths. I have discovered it to be a real passion of mine.

Availability: I`m now based in Hackney/Bethnal Green and looking for students across London.

Experience: Apart from teaching undergraduates at University for 2 years, I had worked as private tutor since I was a graduate student.

I offer tutoring of GCSE, A-levels in Chemistry and Maths. I am also very enthusiastic to support kids who need an extra help with their studies for KS1/KS2. One to one tuition gives the chance to thoroughly examine a students way of thinking and learning, by this way it becomes easy to eliminate any issues they have with their studies. I hope we can get great grades together.

Hande is a great tutor. Being a complete beginner in Turkish, Hande listens to any issues i have (e.g. memorising), takes the time to thoroughly go through words/texts and answers all my questions in detail. She provides helpful resources and through our 1 to 1 interaction, Hande is kind, very encouraging and supportive and makes the lessons enjoyable. Her communication is very good and replies to any messages outside of lesson hours fairly quickly. I only had a few lessons and already i have picked up many turkish phrases since she goes through the work at your own pace. I definitely recommend!!!
