A young and motivated teacher of English with a passion of helping students succeed. I am an excellent communicator and always have a mature, patient, responsible and positive attitude to work and show an immense passion for my subject. I am looking to tutor from aged 11-24 from SATS to GCSES.

Availability: Evenings and Weekends

Experience: Three years teaching English language, literature and Functional Skills from Entry level- to Level 2 at Middlesbrough College from ages 14-24. . I work within the engineering department which has a range of Welding, Motor Vehicle and Electrical engineering students, these students are mostly D grade students that now have to re-sit their GCSE. I also teach in MC Academy: a 14-16 provision for learners that are not suitable for mainstream school. This can be down to behavioural issues or social issues. I am also currently teaching the new curriculum for GCSE English Language so I have experience with the new specification for English Language and Literature. In the past I have worked with a number of ESOL students and have experience in this area.
