Information about David
I am a senior teacher at a school in Hertfordshire. Prior to my current role, I was a head of English at a large academy in West London. I have been teaching for 15 years and I have led English departments in gaining exceptional GCSE and A Level results.
I have extensive experience in guiding students through the English GCSEs and A Levels and I possess a thorough understanding of examination boards requirements and current educational practices at KS3, KS4 & KS5. I enjoy teaching one-to-one because of seeing the student`s rapid progress and their increased confidence.
Aside from teaching, I am a married dad of three children and live in Chesham.
Availability: Weekday evenings and some weekends.
