I am a current dental student at university, and love to help other A level students achieve their goal of getting to university. I have been tutoring for over 3 years. My aim is to provide high-quality tuition at an affordable price so that all students have the chance to reach their potential and feel confident and supported throughout.

I tutor A level and GCSE chemistry and biology.

I tailor lessons to suit the student`s style of learning, and around topics, they want to focus on, or those they may struggle with. I motivate students to believe they have the ability to reach their academic goals, and keep lessons clear, to the point and interactive. I make sure my students feel confident about a topic before I move on to the next. My teaching style is focused on the student`s needs, targeting the way the exams work, top tips to achieve higher marks in them and how to be able to approach any question. I believe a huge part of achieving good grades in the current education system is knowing how to effectively approach and sit the exams to maximise your chances of getting the grade that you hope to achieve.

What I can offer is advice and first-hand experience as I have recently sat the exams that the upcoming students are taking. I believe this is important because hearing and learning from someone who was just in your position a short time ago will make the lessons more relatable, engaging and easier to understand. I find some people may learn better from people around their own age group, who can relate to what they`re currently going through and struggling with.
