I am passionate about language learning and have been an ongoing student of French since I was myself at school. I am currently teaching French and Spanish at a local secondary school in Wirral as a result I have up to date knowledge of the changing exams in both A Level and GCSE - New Specification 2018.

I am fascinated not only by the languages themselves and their cultures but also how learners learn.

As a native English speaker and teacher I have both learned how to learn French and Spanish, as well as how to teach them.

I use very practical, cutting edge teaching strategies using technology where appropriate to enhance learning. I will recommend websites, apps and local meetings where you can develop your skills outside of the tutoring environment.

Availability: I am available evenings, weekends and during school holidays.

For an additional fee I may be able to arrange a daytime appointment during the week as I am part time at school.

Experience: I am a fully qualified French and Spanish teacher. French to A Level and Spanish to GCSE.
I am also fully qualified to teach English as a foreign language.
I have been teaching both at local colleges, in France and Spain and in secondary schools for 15 years.

I lived in France for 3 years and Spain for 1 year.
