Hello,
I am an experienced primary school teacher and have been working in schools for the past 10 years.
I love teaching and find it deeply rewarding when a child develops in confidence, knowledge and enthusiasm towards a subject they have found challenging.

Each child learns in different ways. Some may be visual learners, others physical learners or even audio learners. I like to focus on teaching in a way that best suits the child. Therefore there is no set formula to my teaching. I try my best to understand the way a child learns in order to really help them to grasp concepts, ideas and information in a way that is easy for them to understand.

Experience: I have worked in primary schools and special needs schools for the past 10 years. I am at an advantage of having up to date knowledge of the curriculum and have a range of strategies teaching a subject which supports and consolidates a child’s learning.
I specialise in teaching Maths, Reading, Writing, Handwriting and Phonics.
I also work with children who have dyslexia, autism and other specific learning needs. All children whose English is their second language is an area I support too.
