Students need to have their own DAWs for doing the assignments, ideally Logic Pro or garage band. But other DAWs are welcome too as I will introduce you to a lot of free and powerful VSTs that we will download and use in class.

Lessons are practice based. Assignments are to recreate the arrangement and also sound design in your own DAW from tracks that we have analyzed in class. We learn key concepts in class through analyzing and deconstructing tracks with music theory and sound design theory(the physicality of sound and also psychoacoustics).

Availability: UK time, 7 days a week after 3pm.

Experience: Teaching English and Music production online on Amazing Talker to Hong Kong students for 2 years.
4 years part time teaching piano and music theory up to ABRSM grade 5 in Hong Kong.
4 years part time teaching English and Maths for secondary students in Hong Kong.
