I am a dedicated and friendly tutor specialising in History, Politics, English and Business Studies. I’m currently completing my degree in History and Philosophy of Science at UCL, alongside education-focused modules and school-based experience, with an aim to complete my PGCE in History after my degree. This gives me a strong understanding of how students learn and how to tailor teaching to different abilities.

I have several years of tutoring experience, including supporting GCSE and A-level students with essay writing, exam technique, source analysis and revision strategies. I focus on building confidence, improving clarity of argument, and helping students understand complex ideas in a structured, manageable way.

My approach is patient, organised and personalised. I make sure each lesson builds on a student’s strengths while addressing gaps step by step. Whether a student needs help with coursework, exam preparation or general improvement in their subject skills, I provide clear guidance, engaging explanations and consistent support.

I also work as an academic representative at UCL, which has strengthened my communication, organisation, and ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.

My tutoring style is structured, patient, and focused on building confidence. I break down difficult concepts into simple steps, help students develop strong exam technique, and tailor lessons to individual needs. Whether it’s analysing historical sources, mastering essay structure, revising political theory, or boosting GCSE English skills, I support students to work smarter and achieve better results.
