Dalia

Hi there! My name is Dalia, and I am a Canadian living in London, who is a sculpture artist and designer based in Hackney. I believe good learning starts with openness and honest enthusiasm, and that can be inspired differently in all of us based on our unique personalities, needs and desires. I have worked as a designer and a professionally registered landscape architect for an urban design consultancy for over seven years. Aside from my professional experience, I have been a long-time writer contributing to editorial curatorial work and editing for a professional body`s publication. I also started a business this year, combining interactive design with architectural artefacts and made sculptures inspired by my artistic background and graduate research that I completed at the Interactive Architecture Lab at the Bartlett School of Architecture here in London.

Availability: I currently work from a home office, and would be open to negotiate a schedule flexibly. I am generally open all evenings, on weekdays and weekends, as well as mornings or afternoons on weekends. Don`t hesitate to let me know and I would be happy to do my best to set a timing that works best for both of us!

Experience: Throughout my academic and professional years, I have had experience private tutoring in Mathematics (Algebra and Geometry), Art/Drawing, English as Foreign Language, Creative Writing and conversational Arabic, as well as creative and basic digital skills in: Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) at primary and KS3 levels and for adult learners.
