Experienced KS2 tutor

Teaching has always been a dream of mine, being a qualified teacher is an incredible and highly rewarding job. I believe that learning should be fun, interactive and insightful for children. Through working as a primary teacher, I have had experience in planning and delivering many subjects such as Maths, English and Science. Each child works differently and therefore a plan tailored to their individual needs is a highly effective way for children to learn. My breadth of experience will enable me to formulate a plan that will enable a child’s strengths to shine through and help them to learn effectively. I also believe that learning through games is a very powerful tool. At school I use games to introduce topics, reinforce learning and check for misconceptions.

Availability: I am available after school on weekdays and Sunday mornings.

Experience: I am a qualified teacher and tutor, entering into my eighth year of teaching KS2. However, I also have experience teaching KS1. I am currently the KS2 phase manager of my school.
