I am a qualified and well-versed teacher with an in-depth knowledge of Religious Studies (AQA), Citizenship, and PSHE (Personal, Social, Health Education, including RSE). With over ten years of experience in the education sector, I have worked as both a lead teacher and a guest speaker/lecturer.

Throughout my career, I have taught in a range of schools across Berkshire and West London, gaining valuable insight into diverse educational settings. I am currently based at a secondary school in Berkshire, having previously held the position of Head of Department.

Academically, I hold a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading, a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from Brunel University, and a PGCE from the University of Bristol.

Availability: Weekdays: Everyday after school (4.30pm-6pm). Friday after school (from 4pm is usually perfect).
Weekend: Saturday morning (9am -12pm)

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: Over the past decade, I’ve gained valuable skills and experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, Teacher, and Head of Department in an Outstanding-rated school. I’m confident in my ability to inspire and engage students from all backgrounds.

Whether it`s helping students tackle homework, navigate personal, social, or mental health changes through key educational stages, prepare effectively for GCSEs, or build confidence in the classroom and in public speaking, I am committed to supporting their progress. My goal is always to help each student achieve the best possible results.

All 1-1 tutoring sessions will be personalised to accommodate students` learning needs, either through PowerPoint and/or paper material.
