Teacher and Life Coach, I love helping people create the life they want.
I have been a teacher of French and Spanish for the past 24 years, ranging from secondary to University level, and adult learning. I was born in Paris but my parents are Spanish, so I had the great advantage of growing up speaking both languages. I also love that I experienced both cultures, which has enriched my life greatly.
I came to England as a student, many years ago, and never left. I went to University in Cambridge and studied English language. As you can see, I am passionate about languages, but I also teach intercultural competencies.
As a life coach, I help people with their self-esteem, limiting beliefs that stop them from creating the life they want because of some beliefs that are not serving them. My passion and experience of various cultures allows me to coach and teach on a deeper level.
