I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (First class honours) and have a wide experience of working with children and adults of many different ages. I am an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly professional tutor committed to helping students reach their full potential. I have been working as a private tutor for 5 years and it has been my privilege in that time to watch students grow in their confidence and ability.

I teach Maths, Biology, Physics and Chemistry for KS3, GCSE and A-level students. I am well organised and manage time effectively.

Experience: I carry out individual assessment from time to time to monitor and evaluate their progress. Tutees and their parents are always welcome to discuss with me if they have any difficult areas within the subject to concentrate more. I take a very calm, enthusiastic and prepared approach with my students. I like to use many different approaches in a tutoring session to keep attention focused and help students see things in different ways. These include whiteboard work, computer quizzes, apps and games. Past papers are practised during the session to make sure that the student gets the exam techniques well.
