Hi, I’m Charlie — a friendly and dedicated maths tutor with two degrees in Mathematics from Cambridge University and over a year of experience supporting students.
I’m passionate about making maths feel approachable and achievable. I take time to explain ideas clearly and at your pace, helping you develop a strong understanding of the basics so you can confidently move on to more challenging topics.
I tailor each lesson to your needs — whether you’re preparing for exams, aiming to boost your grades, or simply looking to build your confidence in maths.

Availability: I tutor weekdays afternoon/evening and Saturday mornings.

Experience: I have experience tutoring KS3, GCSE, A-Level and University-level mathematics as well as for UKMT maths challenges. I can also help with GCSE and A-Level physics.

I have helped several GCSE and A-level students prepare for exams and for tests for their predicted grades. I have also helped younger students understanding the KS3 syllabus and I have supported a university student in understanding the basics of group theory
