Hello,

Thanks for visiting my Tutor page. Below is a little bit about myself and how I like to teach children. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

I like to deliver fun and exciting lessons, as I feel that is the best way to teach children. It encourages them to engage more and therefore gain more from my lessons. I have experience teaching on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and a full class.

I adapt my lessons to best suit the student that I am teaching. I base this on their ability, pace and knowledge of the subject that I am teaching.

I am a Level 1 FA Football coach.

I completed my Grade 5 Music Theory at Leeds College of Music.

Experience: Fully qualified teacher for the past five years in the UK. My main experience is teaching children in Key Stage 2. More recently I have been gaining experience in Key Stage 1. I spent four years teaching in an inner-city school in Manchester, and for the past year I have been working in York and the surrounding areas.

Before my PGCE, I was an English teacher (TEFL) in China for a year. I taught children between the ages of 3 and 16. I enjoyed this experience so much that I returned to England to complete my PGCE to be able to teach in the UK.
