Jessica

I`m Jess, an honours student of English and International Relations at St Andrews University. I have been an online tutor for 3 years now and love helping young people gain confidence in their study of English. I am also Branch Coordinator for Sexpression:St Andrews and National Child Protection Director for Sexpression:UK, a national relationship and sexual health education charity. As branch coordinator I run the St Andrews branch of this national charity and oversee all of the work we do. I previously held the role of National Accessibility Officer where I made sure all of the lessons, events and fundraisers we host are accessible for a variety of disabilities and I now oversee the safeguarding of the young people we teach across the UK in my work as National Child Protection Director.

Experience: I have worked as an online tutor for 3 years now. I also work for Sexpression:UK, a national education charity, both at a local level as Branch Coordinator of Sexpression:St Andrews and at a national level as Child Protection Director.
In the past year I have also worked as Accessibility Officer for this charity so I have experience in adapting lessons for a variety of different needs.
In my years of tutoring I have helped students build their confidence, their passion for the subject, and reach their target grades (and above).
