I am a freelance linguist with a BA in Contemporary European Languages and a Career Affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists in London (CIOL), offering French and Spanish tuition to students of all ages and levels for all purposes, whether academic, professional, or simply for travel and leisure.

Every lesson is tailored entirely around whatever students wish to focus upon according to their individual needs and preferences, and I ensure that they cover all 4 core elements- reading, listening, writing, and (most crucially) speaking practice- in equal measure to help students engage in the language(s) as deeply as possible. I provide all learning resources, and email students all work covered once lessons are complete.

Availability: Weekday evenings subject to availability. I require a minimum period of 12 hours for free cancellations if students cannot attend pre-booked lessons.

Willing to travel: Home Only

Experience: I have extensive experience in one-on-one tuition dating back as far as my university days, when I first began tutoring students in English on campus during my year in Spain on the ERASMUS programme. Since then, I have helped a diverse range of students over the years to improve their abilities in both French and Spanish and build their confidence and passion in the languages, which they can put to all different uses, whether they be academic, professional, or simply for travel and leisure.
