My name is Frankie and I am a 29 year old EFL teacher currently living in London. I was born in Cambridge which was a beautiful and peaceful city to grow up in. I love to travel and have been to some really interesting countries including Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. When I first started teaching, I lived in Spain for a year. I love meeting people from different countries and learning about their cultures.
I am very interested in the mechanics of language. I studied English linguistics at University and went on to study English language teaching after that. I love learning about how we acquire language and applying that knowledge to my lessons.
I am quite an active person and enjoy doing yoga and getting out about on my bike. I am also a big reader and love listening to podcasts.

Experience: I have been teaching English as a foreign language since 2016. I am CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults) and DELTA (Diploma of English language Teaching to Adults) qualified and will soon be undertaking a Master`s in Applied Linguistics. I have taught both children and adults and have worked with students of all levels, from elementary (A0) to proficiency (C2). I also have experience training students for various English language exams like IELTS, CAE, FCE, KET and PET. I have taught English for specific purposes (business, legal and medical). I have been working online on a one-to-one basis via Zoom for the last year but have also taught in schools in Spain and the UK.
I am an extremely dedicated teacher and am passionate about helping my students meet their goals. My classes are specifically tailored to the individual needs and wants of my students.
