I am an experienced English teacher and leader, with professional experience in journalism and writing. I am a light-hearted person who likes a less formal approach mixed with academic rigour and hard-work in order to succeed.

Availability: I am available most evenings and weekends

Experience: I am an English teacher of 8 years and currently a School Leader of English. I have a degree in Journalism and I am also a published Young Adult author, so I have plenty of experience in lots of areas of English!

I have worked in state education and private, with experience in many different styles, exam boards and special educational needs.

I can tutor specifically for AQA, OCR and EDUQAS or just for general English skills and foundations. If you are unsure, please do ask for more details.
