Hello! My name is Lauren and I`m here to help you with your French language learning!

I was born in the UK and moved to France at the age of 5, where I lived until I was 19 years old.
I completed my entire schooling within the French education system, which enabled me to develop a high level of fluency in French and a strong appreciation of the language and culture.

I work with students from A1-B2 on the CEFR scale, (beginner to upper-intermediate) and also provide conversational French lessons.
I tutor students from primary school through GCSE and A-Level, covering key areas of language learning, including:

- Grammar
- Vocabulary
- Speaking and pronunciation
- Writing and essay skills
- Translation (French <-> English)
- Exam preparation

My lessons are tailored to each student`s goals with the aim to create a supportive and fun environment that helps students build confidence and develop a love for the French language!

I am available for online tutoring only.

Availability: I am available Mondays to Thursdays, 9am-6pm and Sundays 11am-5pm.
I update my availability weekly according to my schedule.

Willing to travel: Home Only

Experience: I completed my entire schooling in France, earning the Diplôme National du Brevet and Baccalauréat Général.

While in sixth form college (lycée), I gained hands-on experience tutoring English speakers in French and working for a local business as a bilingual administrative assistant and a French <-> English translator, developing practical teaching skills as well as strong spoken and written language abilities.

I graduated last year from Newcastle University with First Class Honours in a Combined Honours degree including French, further strengthening my passion for the language and my ability to support students of all levels.
