Professional CEO, with extensive training skills and knowledge.Twenty five years experience of working with and supporting Children, Businesses, GCSE, University Students and vulnerable client groups,i.e learning difficulties, along with the development of youth training, and enhancing literacy and personal development. Developing people to reach their full potential is the main area of all my work.

Results and outcomes have always been measurable, and successful. I have and continue to work with families, siblings throughout their studies, with some families being with me now for over 10 years.

I pride myself in ensuring that my tutees, succeed in their development, and achieve their goals, always. just aas you are dedicated to your studies, I am dedicated to my tutoring.

As well as having tutoring on a one to basis I have an extensive wealth of experience working with people, has enabled me to concentrate on assisting individuals, teams, and companies to access their full potential.

`It takes a village to raise a child` and Anne-Marie has shown me that to be true. She has guided my son through his GCSE`s helping him to plan his workload, organise his notes and develop study skills. Her personal advice has also been invaluable in helping him make some better choices whilst navigating the challenges of growing up fast, in London. Experience: For nearly 30 years, Anne-Marie has built up an extensive wealth of experience in the provision of business and professional services for the public, private and voluntary sector.

Anne-Marie’s founding specialism in housing saw her work with a number of housing associations while managing various housing management contracts, in-house and on a consultative basis, in London and throughout the UK.

Her extensive experience in housing management led her to work on a consultative basis in legal advocacy representing a range of diverse clients in immigration, family and business assignments.

She then developed her own business and management consultancy AMW Associates which covered both in-house and consultancy and has included designing, managing and delivering customised training and mentoring solutions advising and supporting small businesses establishing business networking opportunities developing charities and social enterprises as well as delivering administrative and strategic management. From 2007 to 2008, she was a board member on the North West London Community Foundation.

Anne-Marie has a keen interest and passion in all things Jamaican and has volunteered her skills to the Jamaican Alumni Association as secretary and the Jamaican Diaspora as secretary/administrator. Her consultancy delivered the first Jamaican Diaspora UK conference in 2005.

Anne-Marie has a passionate interest in developing sport and recreational opportunities for young people and working with disadvantaged communities. In 2009, she set up AMW Tutoring and worked with oversees students providing mentoring and tutoring in a range of subjects from GCSE to degree level. She has also been a business volunteer at Young Enterprise, the UK`s largest business and enterprise education charity.

The charity is a successful partner of the Department of Health’s Change for Life programme and has also secured numerous local authority contracts to deliver roller skating as part of their extended services programme.

In 2011, Anne-Marie was asked to join the British Roller Skating Federation (BRSF) as its Chief Executive Officer and has a remit to establish and provide a professional network representing all roller skating provision throughout the UK.

In 2011, Anne-Marie received the Team London Award - a special commendation from the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson - for outstanding contributions to improving London and the quality of life for Londoners.
