I am a passionate and knowledgeable Business and Economics tutor with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Business and Management, currently on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I specialise in GCSE and A-Level Business, as well as GCSE and A-Level Economics, and BTEC Level 3 Business, bringing both strong academic grounding and a developing professional teaching toolkit to every session.
My approach is student-centred — I take the time to understand how each learner thinks, identify gaps in their understanding, and build confidence through clear explanations, real-world examples, and exam technique practice. Experience: Having achieved A* in both A-Level Business and A-Level Economics, alongside an A in Geography, I have first-hand experience of what it takes to excel in these subjects at the highest level. Combined with my First Class BSc (Hons) in Business and Management, I bring both top-grade subject knowledge and genuine academic credibility to every session.
I am currently working towards QTS, giving me formal training in pedagogy, lesson planning, and how to effectively support students of different learning styles and abilities. This means my sessions are structured, purposeful, and aligned with current curriculum requirements for AQA, Edexcel, and OCR specifications.
