Information about Blossom
Hi, I`m Blossom, a second year History of Art undergraduate studying at St John`s College, Cambridge University.
Growing up in a muddy little hamlet in Wiltshire, getting accepted into Cambridge was a huge achievement and I want to help other students, from KS3 to A-Level, to fulfil their academic potential!
Whilst my tutoring strives to build students` knowledge, improve their exam technique and increase their academic success, I am also devoted to boosting the self-confidence of my tutees, supporting them both academically and emotionally, ensuring they believe in themselves and their ability so they can truly flourish.
I tutor in:
A-Level - Art History, English Literature, Drama + Theatre, Fine Art.
GCSE/KS3 - English Literature + Language, Drama + Theatre, Fine Art.
+ University Applications, Personal statements
I also specialise in guiding students through the university application process. I advise on the dreaded personal statement, share my tips and tricks on how to `wow` university professors with tailored interview preparation and am on hand to offer advice at every step of the journey.

Blossom is very responsive to any communication with me (parent]. She has really helped my son gain confidence and a better understanding of English. His mock GCSE grades have improved because of her help and guidance. My son enjoys his weekly sessions with Blossom. He feels she explains everything in a simple way ensuring he understands every time before moving onto the next topic. She has given him some great tips for his exams and he definitely feels this is all helping him achieve a better grade.

Blossom has a lovely, kind and caring demeanour, with my son. She is always very patient and encouraging, and my son thoroughly enjoys their sessions, which is a miracle as he really doesn’t enjoy English, usually. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blossom to any parent searching for an English tutor for their child!
