As someone who struggled at first to get good grades, helping to put others on the right track and inspire them to success is a huge privilege for me. I strive to ensure that anyone with potential and willingness to learn isn`t left aside. My own personal experiences, coupled with my determination is what allows me to teach effectively.

Experience: In my one-to-one lessons, I ensure that my students gain an understanding of how they can apply their knowledge instead of rote learning, which is pivotal to exam success. This is done through explaining topics if needed, then going through questions to understand how to apply knowledge.

I have taught primary school children as a volunteer to help those who were struggling with their subjects. Currently, I am mentoring students who are applying to get into medicine, which involves helping with personal statements, interviews and A-level preparation. Both myself and students have found it incredibly rewarding when they achieve impressive results.

As a medical student, I have in depth knowledge of the application process, and thus, I have a lot of experience with advice on medical school applications, personal statement preparation, and interview practice.
