I am an examiner & Former Head of Sociology with 10 year’s experience teaching and tutoring A-Level and GCSE Sociology. I provide bespoke online and face to face lessons to students of all abilities and backgrounds.

Experience: My name is Jacqueline, though I prefer to go by Jacky. I have been teaching sociology for 10 years and I truly love it. Sociology is an amazing subject with the ability to engage learners and enhance a wealth of transferable skills. From essay writing, to analysis to critical thinking students can get a lot out of studying sociology. However, for many students they struggle with remembering content, time management, or essay writing. Being a teacher and examiner has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to tackle all of that. My success as a teacher and tutor is largely a result of my excellent subject knowledge, my ability to adapt to the needs of my learners and my high expectations of all of my students.
