I completed a 4 year degree in modern languages (2014) and have reached the highest level of spanish (stage 7/C2) with the top grade in the oral, reading and writing exams for my year. I am enthusiastic and have been working as an English language assistant and English tutor for a year in both Spain and England, and also as a Spanish tutor in England. I am ready to help you or your child with basic, intermediate and conversational Spanish or English! Perfect if you are moving abroad/ to the UK, or want to start learning with someone who understands the intricacies of both languages and the difficulties that English speakers have when learning Spanish and vice versa! I have lived in Spain for 18 months and spent every summer there so I speak fluent Spanish with a native accent.
I have experience with children aged 11-18 and adults aged 18 onwards.
In my spare time I do crafts - in particular I am a card maker and I use a Sizzix big shot. Classes are available for this to give tips and tricks or help with creative ideas.
I have been working in the interior design industry for 4 years and am an experienced furniture consultant with knowledge also of fabrics, painting and decorating, wall coverings and floorings. I am available for help to create budgets and give advice in these areas.
