My name is Sarah and I live in East Sussex. I am married with 3 children and we love keeping active and enjoying nature and the countryside. I am an experienced primary school teacher and tutor who has taught across both Key Stage 1 and 2.
I am friendly, enthusiastic and keen to help children build confidence and make progress by addressing any gaps they may have. I ensure that lessons are enjoyable and engaging using a range of resources, activities and games.
I am available to tutor online.

Availability: I am usually available after school Tuesday to Friday and some evenings. I can also teach Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Experience: I have 20 years experience teaching primary aged children across Key Stage 1 & 2 achieving Qualified Teacher Status in 2004. Whilst teaching I have led Geography, History and Science across the school as well as mentored trainee teachers.
I also have experience of tutoring children 1:1 helping them to build confidence and make progress by targeting any gaps they may have. As a teacher, I understand that communication with parents is important and I am happy to discuss any requirements parents may have regarding their child as well as assessing their child during an initial meeting.
