Information about Dawn
I am Head of Faculty in a local Wirral school, which has had excellent A level results and an impressive value added score for the last three years. I have worked in two high performing schools previous to this, and as a result have worked with a variety of abilities.
This is my 20th year of teaching. I have excellent subject knowledge and have been an examiner for 10 years
Availability: Evenings and weekends
Willing to travel: 4 miles
Experience: I am a teacher with 20 years experience, 18 of these with A level. I have taught both Philosophy and ethics, and have taught across all of the examination boards but am currently teaching the OCR specification.
I have taught GCSE, and specialise in Christianity. I have an excellent record for both GCSE and A level pass rates, including two students who were in the top ten in the country for pass rate at GCSE.
I also teach Sociology at A level, teaching AQA.
